I'm a private weather industry marketing executive specializing in the strategic approach to SaaS in established and emerging markets.

My lunch today consisted of this magical meat. It’s from a restaurant in Norman called Greek House. I’m told it’s lamb… But then I’m told it’s lamb and beef… And then lamb, beef, and pork.
Given the fact no one can actually tell me for sure, I’m going to guess that it’s some variation of a bunch of things that have been ground up, then oil added, some spices, and some filler soy, then extruded into cylinders to make it hangable by hairy men who are slightly darker than me, yell a lot, and wear gold wire-frame glasses as they take my payment of “cash only”.

It’s delicious.
