Nowcast for 11/5/05

Looks like my Southern two areas of focus should verify with thunderheads off to the east of Tulsa and favorable conditional for storm development in the Fayetteville to Ft. Smith area.

Further north in MO, a linear line of crap is scooting across the central part of the state. Bases in these storms are in the 4500 range and pose no threat for tornadoes at the moment. These storms are moving into an unstable area with lower LCL's and more atmospheric support. I'm interested to see what happens.

As I suspected, nothing is going on in IL.

WeatherTap's radar, satellite and lightning display is down. Great timing guys.
